What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note: Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer care team via our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

3. Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.

4. Ship the item(s) back using a tracked service at your own cost.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service so you can monitor your parcel on its way back to us.

We are not responsible for items lost during return transit, so please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item(s), we aim to process your refund within 5-10 working days.

After processing, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

Credit/debit card: 3-7 working days
PayPal: 1-3 working days
Other payment methods: Up to 10 working days

If you haven't received your refund after 14 working days, please contact our customer care team.

Can I return sale or clearance items?

No. All sale and clearance items are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before completing your order.

I received a faulty or incorrect item

What condition must items be in for a return?

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

✓ Unworn and unwashed
✓ In original condition
✓ With all tags still attached
✓ Free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains

Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Why haven't I been refunded?

If you haven't received your refund yet, please consider the following:

1. Check if your return has been delivered — use your tracking number to confirm it reached our warehouse.

2. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process after we receive the item.

3. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-7 working days to release the funds.

If it's been more than 14 working days since your return was delivered, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped and can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our team immediately via our contact page with your order number.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, we offer exchanges! If you'd like to swap your item for a different size or style, please contact our customer care team with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we'll arrange a refund instead.

Please note: Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes. You can request modifications to your order — such as changing items, sizes, or your shipping address — within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please contact our team as soon as possible via our contact page. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in processing.

Can I change the shipping address?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number and the correct address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make address changes. In some cases, the courier may be able to redirect the parcel — please contact them directly using your tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact our team with your order number and we'll send you the tracking details.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes! You can find our size guide on each product page. We offer sizes S, M, L, XL, and 2XL.

If you're between sizes or unsure about the fit, we recommend contacting our customer support team for personalised advice. When in doubt, we generally recommend choosing one size up for a more relaxed fit.

The colour looks different from what I see online

We do our best to photograph our garments as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations can occur depending on your screen settings, device, and lighting conditions.

If the item you received looks significantly different from what was shown on our website, please contact us with a photo and we'll be happy to assist you.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4-14 working days depending on your location.

During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

Which courier do you use?

We currently ship all orders via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Why haven't I received my order?

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, please:

1. Check your tracking number for the latest status update.

2. Check with neighbours or look for a delivery notification card.

3. Ensure the shipping address on your order is correct.

If you're still unable to locate your parcel, please contact our team with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.

Do you deliver on weekends and bank holidays?

Delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

While we can't guarantee weekend delivery, some courier services may occasionally deliver on Saturdays.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

This depends on your courier and location. In most cases, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour if you're not available.

If you have specific delivery preferences, you can usually set these through the courier's tracking portal once your order has been shipped.

Can I return sale items?

No. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We recommend double-checking the size guide and product details before purchasing.

Are you restocking during the sale?

We do not restock items during sale periods. Once an item or size is sold out, it will not be replenished at the sale price.

Can I get a price match on a sale item?

We are unable to offer price adjustments on orders placed before or after a sale period. Our sale prices are available for a limited time only, and we want to ensure fairness for all customers.
